ABOUT RIE’S CLASSES

Erotic Movement Arts ©

We meet once a month via livestream for a rejuvenating self devotional practice with a focus on connecting to our sacred body.

Often, women give more energy to others than they receive, so this is a mini retreat to give yourself some embodied nourishment.

Class is mostly done on the floor for grounded sensual movement. You will be guided by EMA founder, Rie to explore how your body moves your inner life outward, integrating somatic intelligence that includes erotic energy.

Class is dedicated to slow flow movements for nervous system down regulation.

Yoga Tune Up® balls are often used so it is a tool you may want to invest in if you are interested in working with Rie on a regular basis.

Wear easy to move in, sensual on your body clothing and be in a quiet space to practice in.

Have water to stay hydrated, and set up your space to be comfortable to move in.

Once you are signed up, you will receive a Zoom link and more details.

For Women and those who identify as female, feminine, or are non-binary female-bodied.

No prior experience needed to participate.

BODY LAB

Making connections between intention, body and creativity.

Using transformative practices from yoga, Qi Gong, intuitive movement and Yoga Tune-UP®, Rie’s Body Lab class reinforces your ability to be fully present and authentically connected to your body.

Please have all your Yoga Tune Up® balls on hand, wear exercise clothes and be in a quiet space to practice in. If you do not already have the Yoga Tune Up® balls, purchase through the link in your reminder email.

No prior experience needed to participate.

“I came to Rie's Qi Gong workshops seeking grounding during the pandemic. What I found was a beautiful practice that has transformed my life. Rie's gentle instructions and powerful insights help me to see and feel the energy inside and around me. Each time I approach the Eight Treasures, I inhabit myself and my life just a little bit more. I cannot thank her enough for her embodied wisdom.”
